Registration card for young associations (Учетная карточка молодежного объединения), undated. The registration card for young associations is filled in for the Club of Friends of Mayakovsky (point 1) with Sergei Bugaev's data (point 13). Note that in this carbon copy, the typed entries appear shifted up a line above the respective lines in the questionnaire. The number of members is 32 (point 5), in the main workers and employees (point 7). The foundation is dated to August 1986. Line 4, Направление деятельности / Field of activity, can be read only in part:
The study and promotion of the creative […]ky and of contemporary for/to him patriotic revolutionary art. The lower half of the form concerns the problems the association experiences. It has only one entry in the first point, which regards the availabilty of premises or requirements: "separate room for permanent work".
